Hello Valley Village Homeowners,
 
Well, we did it!  We made it through 2020, a year that for many was the most trying in recent memory. Let us hope that 2021 has better things in store for us all.
 
Do you have any friends or family that are looking to move to VALLEY VILLAGE? I am also enclosing home sales activity for the final quarter of 2020. As you will see, buyer demand is keeping selling prices high. We are deep in seller’s market territory. However, while demand is high, buyers are showing resistance to overpriced properties. Several properties have gone through price reductions in order to sell, as a result of overconfident listing prices.
 
According to Altos Research, predictions for the 1st quarter 2021 market cycle is for demand to remain high, but as the pool of qualified buyers starts to dry up, pricing will likely plateau. Altos video link: http://bit.ly/ALTOS2021Q1
