Luke Allen Earns NAR Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification

Luke Allen with Coldwell Banker Realty has earned the nationally recognized Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. The National Association of REALTORS® offers the PSA certification to REALTORS® as determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the pricing assignment from various perspectives. 

"Consumers deserve accurate property value assessments, so NAR is proud to provide REALTORS® with a credential that provides enhanced tools, education, and expertise to determine the most accurate value for a home", said Marc Gould, Executive Director of the Center for Specialized REALTOR® Education.

Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA is the required course for the PSA certification that provides REALTORS® with knowledge and skills to select appropriate comparables and make accurate adjustments, guide sellers and buyers through the details of comparative market analyses and the underlying pricing principles that inform them, and interact effectively with appraisers. In addition to completing the course, participants are required to view two required webinars. Once awarded the certification, REALTORS® will be equipped to guide clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. Luke Allen of Coldwell Banker Realty – Studio City has successfully completed NAR’s e-PRO® Certification Program and has been awarded the e-PRO® certification, the official technology certification program offered by the National Association of REALTORS®.

Luke Allen joins nearly 40,000 real estate professionals who have earned NAR’s e-PRO® certification and dedicated their time and effort towards learning how to use the latest social media technologies to create an online presence and reach today’s hyper-connected consumers.

Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR)

Luke Allen Earns NAR Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource® Certification 

Buyers and Sellers Benefit from REALTOR® Expertise in Distressed Sales

Luke Allen with Coldwell Banker Realty has earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification. The National Association of REALTORS® offers the SFR® certification to REALTORS® who want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows. 

REALTORS® who have earned the SFR® certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities.

The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk, and provides resources to help REALTORS® stay current on national and state-specific information as the market for these distressed properties evolves. To earn the SFR® certification, REALTORS are required to be in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®, and complete REBAC’s Short Sales and Foreclosures: What Real Estate Professionals Need to Know course.

Established in 2007, The National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP) is a mission driven 501(c)(3) non profit organization that is part business and part advocacy.

On a business level, the 2,800+ members of NAGLREP share a LGBT and allied REALTOR referral network, in addition to providing our services to over 75,000 LGBT and non LGBT home buyers and sellers visiting our website each month. Our referral network also includes mortgage professionals, title agents, insurance agents, commercial agents, home inspectors,  trainers, educators, etc.

The advocacy mission of NAGLREP is to advocate on behalf of the rights of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) community as it relates to housing and discrimination laws. Specifically, this will require NAGLREP to raise awareness through education and events to encourage existing efforts amongst the civil rights community, local and state Realtor Associations, and the National Association of Realtors to support fair housing for the LGBT community. NAGLREP is a stakeholder at HUD.

Equally important to this mission is to raise awareness and provide education to legislators from near and far at the local, state and federal level on legislation that would eliminate all discrimination laws and provide fair and equal rights to the LGBT community.
